BANANA MARSIIMALLOW FLUFF 4-6 servings 4 cap melon mold 32 marshmallows (tt pound) M cup evaporated milk cup water H cup finely chopped pecans 1 banana, diced H cup evaporated milk chilled Iry cold t tablespoons lemon Juice Combine marshmallows, the Vt cup evaporated milk, and water in a saucepan. Stir over very low heat until the marshmallows marsh-mallows are dissolved. Cool and add nuts and banana. Whip the cup evaporated milk with a chilled beater in a chilled bowl until stif. Add lemon Juice. Fold into the banana mixture. Pour into an oiled 4 cup melon mold and chill in the refrigerator refrigera-tor until set.
