Show EHOCH-MIDVALLEY NEWS NOTES Mrs. Cora Muri Mr. and Mrs. Louis Maxwell went to Salt Lake City last Wednesday Wed-nesday to meet tneir son Leon, who has been on an LDS Mission in the Northwestern States. Their son Gary has been called to go to Australia on a mission, and is to report at the mission home on Dec. 4. They have another son, Gall, who is on a mission In the Central Atlantic States. Roland Anderson and daughter Lona went to Salt Lake City Saturday Sa-turday where Lona went for medical med-ical treatment. The Enoch Ward Choir will furnish music at the Stake Conference Con-ference in Parowan Sunday. The Elders of the Enoch Ward held a most successful venison banquet Friday evening. ! Charles Garfield invited his 411 Class to his home after the banquet Friday for Ice cream and cake. It was his 12th birthday birth-day anniversary. Bishop nd Mrs. Stanley Smith of Bountiful visited here over the week end and attended the funeral fun-eral services for John Davenport, held in Parowan Monday. A number of other Enoch people attended the services. Mr. Davenport Dav-enport was a brother of Mrs. i Myron Jones. Mrs. Helen Jones and Mrs. El- Ion Anderson and her sons Butch and Steve spent last Sunv-day Sunv-day in Henderson, Nevada. |
