Commissioners Start Reclassification Of County Heal Estate The Board of Iron County Commissioners Com-missioners in special meeting this week named a committee of taxpayers to assist in a reclassification reclassifi-cation of all real estate in the county for tax assessment purposes. pur-poses. Named to the committee were E. Ray Lyman, Parowan; Carlos Jones and Lyman Sevy, Cedar City. Lyman will represent the east part of the county, Jones the central and Sevy the western area. A reclassification of all real estate in the county, outside of incorporated cities and towns, is required by the State Tax Commission, Com-mission, in connection with a state-wide program to remove inequalities in-equalities in assessment for tax purposes.
