OCR Text	Show Altar Society Holds Meeting, Plans Charity Projects A collection of clothing for orphans or-phans In Japan was made at thei monthly meeting of the Altar Society of Cedar City, which was held Tuesday evening at the rectory rec-tory of Christ the King Catholic church. All members had been asked to bring clothes for the orphans or-phans to the meeting. Tlans were made at the meeting meet-ing for holding a bake sale to which all members of the church will be asked to donate. The sale will be held early in September. It was also announced that the members of the society will offer Christmas cards for sale next week as a fund raising project. Hostesses for the meeting were Mrs. L. Wililams and Mrs. G. McAfee. The next meeting will be held the first Tuesday in September, and all members are asked to be present.
