Show NOTICE OF FORECLOSURE OF MECHANICS LIEN BY ADVERTISEMENT Notice is hereby given that whereas the undersigned, Bryner Wood, doing business as Wood's Service, at Beryl, Utah, between the dates of February 4, 1951, and June 18, 1952, duly obtained and acquired a Mechanic's Lien upon one 1942 Ford V-8 automobile, auto-mobile, Motor No. 507145, to secure se-cure the payment of the sum of $270.95, the same being the reasonable rea-sonable value of work and labor performed and bestowed upon said automobile and for storage of said automobile by the undersigned under-signed at the request of the own er of said property, namely, Frank S. Johnson, whose last known address is Lund, Utah, and whereas the whole of said indebtedness remains unpaid and the undersigned is desirous of foreclosing his said Mechanics Lien upon said property by advertisement ad-vertisement in accordance with the statutes in such case made and provided. NOW, THEREFORE, the said property hereinbefore particularly particular-ly described will be sold pursuant pursu-ant to Section 52-2-4 U. C. A. 1943, at public sale to the highest bidder for cash on Saturday, the 12th day of July, 1952, at 10 o'clock o'-clock a. m. of said day, at Wood's Service on Highway U-56 at Beryl, Iron County, Utah, to satisfy satis-fy the debt secured by said Mechanic's Me-chanic's Lien and the costs and expenses of these foreclosure proceedings. pro-ceedings.
