Show Club Notes By Mrs. Ralph Box I Mrs. Milton Sevy was hostess 1 Monday to the members of the Duplicate club. Mrs. Corry Olson, Ol-son, Mrs. Rixey Riddle, Mrs. Henry Hen-ry Davis, Mrs. R. H. Leigh were special guests of the club for dessert and bridge. Eight ladies of the Tuesday club were the guests of Mrs. L. R. McConnell for luncheon, followed fol-lowed by bridge. Mrs. Carl Twltchell was hostess host-ess Thursday afternoon for the ladies of her club for lunch and canasta. Mrs. Dee Rosenburg and Mrs. Arthur Jones were special guests. Mrs. Chester Cripps entertained Thursday evening at her new home for the ladies of her club. Twelve members were served a luncheon following by social and needle work. Mrs. York Nelson asked the ladies of her club to join her Thursday evening for dessert and bridge, with Mrs. Corry Olson and Mrs. Glade Stephenson as special guests. Bridge scores were awarded award-ed to Mrs. R. C. Morris and Mrs. Willis Winn. The Twinkler's club will hold its regular meeting and social on Monday, March 17, at the home of Mrs. H. M. Endsley. All ladies of O. E. S. are cordially Invited. Mrs. Rulon Knell entertained Thursday afternoon at her home for the ladies of the H H club. Mrs. Wm. Dover reviewed "Incredible "In-credible Tale," by Gerald W. Johnson. Twelve members were served a luncheon by the hostess. Mrs. Howard Mace was hostess to the ladies of her club Wednesday Wednes-day evening at her home for dessert and bridge. Mrs. Jack Strate, Mrs. David Karbach. Mrs. Norman Heaton, Mrs. William Kennedy, Mrs. Glen R. White, Mrs. Ralph Box and Mrs. Criss Mason, J. were guests. Ladles of M. B. W. were the guests of Mrs. Darwin Nelson Friday afternoon for a regular meeting and social. Mrs. Nelson gave a reading. Lunch was served to 14 members. Mrs. Hyrum Kunz was hostess Friday evening for the member of Ami Fidel. Mrs. J. C. Little was invited to give the program for the group. Communications from Ardella Ford, now serving as an LDS missionary in Canada, were read to the members. Cedar chapter 20, Order of Eastern Star, met Monday, March 10 at the Masonic temple for a regular meeting. Refreshments were served to the members and I guests during the social by Mrs. Albert Geiger, assisted by Mrs. I Harold Oakley and Mrs. Fred La Frentz. Mrs. Blain Wood asked the members of her club to Join her at El Escalante hotel recently for dessert and bridge. Mrs. Vernon Cummlngs was hostess Wednesday evening to the members of her club for luncheon and bridge. Mrs. Jack Pace was a special guest. Score prizes were awarded to Mrs. Wayne Jackson and Mrs. Pace. Ladies of the Altar Society met Thursday, March 6 at the church rectory for their regular meeting with Mrs. Wess Owens, president, in charge. Mrs. Douglas Murphy, Jr., Mrs. Virgil Smith were appointed ap-pointed chairmen for the May project. Father J. C. Coyne was guest speaker. Thursday evening Mrs. Sheldon Stuck! was hostess to the members mem-bers of her club for a social.
