Show NOTICE OF FORECLOSURE OF MECHANICS LIEN BY ADVERTISEMENT Notice is hereby given that whereas the undersigned, Thor-ley Thor-ley Motor Company, a Utah Corporation Cor-poration with its principal place of business at Cedar City, Utah, between the dates of October 15, 1951, and March 1, 1952, duly obtained ob-tained a Mechanics Lien upon one 1940 Ford V-8 Sedan, Motor No. 5824118, to secure the payment pay-ment of the sum of $352.00, the same being the reasonable value of storage of said automobile, and mechanical work done on and parts furnished and installed install-ed in and upon said automobile and storage of said automobile by the undersigned at the request re-quest of the owner of said property, prop-erty, namely, Warren H. Johnson, John-son, whose last known address is 4118 South 5th East Street, Salt Lake City, Utah, and whereas where-as the whole of said indebtedness indebted-ness remains unpaid and the undersigned un-dersigned is desirous of foreclosing foreclos-ing its said Mechanics Lien upon said automobile by advertisement advertise-ment in accordance with the statutes stat-utes in such case made end provided, pro-vided, NOW, THEREFORE, the property prop-erty hereinbefore particularly described de-scribed will be sold, pursuant to Section 52-2-4, Utah Code Annotated Anno-tated 1943, at public sale to the highest bidder for cash on Saturday, Sat-urday, the 29th day of March, 1952, at the hour of ten o'clock a. m. of said day, at 18 South Main Street in Cedar City, Iron County, State of Utah, to satisfy the debt secured by said Mechanics Mechan-ics Lien and the costs and expenses ex-penses of these foreclosure proceedings. pro-ceedings.
