Show EXHIBIT "A" NOTICE OF TRUSTEE'S SALE The following described real property proper-ty will be sold at public auction to the highest bidder on the 26th day of March, Mar-ch, 1991, at 10:30 A.M., at the North front door of the main entrance of the County Courthouse, Comer of State & Main, Farmington, Utah 84025, in the County of DAVIS, State of Utah, by CITY FEDERAL SAVINGS BANK, as the current Beneficiary, under the Deed of Trust made by JOHN P. JURKOWSKI and DENISE M. JURKOWSKI, husband and wife, as Trustor, recorded May 30, 1989 as Entry En-try No. 859645, in Book 1295, at Page 595, of the official records of DAVIS County, Utah, given to secure an indebtedness in-debtedness in favor of CACHE MORTGAGE MOR-TGAGE CORPORATION, a Utah Corporation, by reason of certain obligations thereby. Notice of Default was recorded November 19, 1990, as Entry No. 908766. in Book 1382, at Page 187, of said official records.
