Show NOTICE OF TRUSTEE'S SALE The following described property will be sold at public auction to the highest bidder, payable in lawful money of the United States at the time of the sale, at the North Main Entrance, Davis Cointy Courthouse, State and Main Streets, Farmington, Utah, on March 21, 1991, at 11:15 a.m. of said day, for the purpose of foreclosing that certain Trust Deed dated November 24, 1986 and executed by Randy L. Borgstrom and Lou Ann Borgstrom, as trustors, in favor of AMERISTAR FINANCIAL CORPORATION, as beneficiary, covering real property located in Davis County and described as: Lot 32, DEER RUN ESTATES, UNIT NO. 1, according ac-cording to the official plat thereof, recorded in the office of the County Recorder of Davis County. The street address of the property is purported to be 8070 South 2675 feast, South Weber, Utah 84405. The undersigned disclaims any liability for any error in the street address. The present owners of the property are reported to be Randy L. Borgstrom and Lou Ann Borgstrom. The total amount of the unpaid balance bal-ance of the obligation secured by the property and estimated costs, expenses ex-penses and advances at the time of the sale is $94,976.46. In addition to cash, the trustee will accept a cashier's check drawn on a federally insured state or national bank or a check drawn by a federally insured credit unic n, savings and loan association or savings bank.
