Show Brett Bryson received his Eagle Scout award at a special court of honor held Feb. 10 at his home. Brett is the son of Mel and Lee Ann Bryson Ammon Bott received his Eagle Scout award at a special Court of Honor held Feb. 24. in the Bountiful 11th Ward. He has completed 21 merit badges and of Bountiful. His Eagle project pro-ject consisted of constructing and labeling generator parts boards for use in the auto program at View-mont View-mont High School. Other awards Brett has earned performed many hours of service projects. He completed com-pleted his Eagle service project of cleaning, leveling and restoring cemetery monuments to make the cemetery a more beautiful r "2 place for family members and friends to visit. Ammon has achieved good grades in school and is now attending Mueller Park Junior High eighth grade. He enjoys all sports and has played in the Ute Conference Football League for five years. He enjoys skiing, ski-ing, hunting, fishing and golfing. He appreciates all the leaders who have helped him achieve the rank of Eagle. Anthony Misener received his Eagle at a Court of Honor held Feb. 24, at the Bountiful 34th Ward. He is the son of Kent and Lorraine Misener. include the Arrow of Light, On My Honor and Duty to God. Brett is a senior at Bountiful High School, where he is a member of the soccer team. He enjoys waterskiing, snow boarding, soccer, softball and motorcycling. Brett has served in many ways, and at the present time he is the secretary of his priests quorum. Brett would like to thank his friends and family for their support. He especially wishes to express appreciation ap-preciation to his scoutmaster Steve Paxton and his varsity scout leaders Randy Strand and Ralph Mabey, for their encouragement toward his goals. Chad Vanderlinden has earned his Eagle rank. A Court of Honor will be held March 3, at 7 p.m. at the Canyon Estates Ward, 3350 S. 100 E. Chad is the son Anthony, age 15, is a sophomore at Vicwmont High. Because of the art merit badge, he continues con-tinues to pursue an art or design engi- i neering career. His j Eagle project was to erect an adjustable ad-justable basketball of Steve and Jane Vanderlinden. He is a junior at Woods Cross High School. For his Eagle project he collected col-lected food and clothing and delivered them to r '. j j " J S .- j L r I j standard for the three wards that meet on 1250 East. In this endeavor, he received help from Troop 503. He expresses his appreciation for all the help and support given him so he could receive this honor. Mark William Empey received his Eagle rank at a Court of Honor held Sunday evening, Feb. 24, at the Bountiful Boun-tiful 34th Ward chapel. His the son of the Shriners' Hospital. Martin and Nancy Empey and is a junior ju-nior at Viewmont High School. Mark's Eagle project was the i i construction of a picnic table for use at a church activity building. He earned earn-ed the monev for this by organizing Troop 503 to sell emergency sanitation kits in Bountiful Boun-tiful neighborhoods. |
