Show NOTICE OF TRUSTEE'S SALE The following described property, situated in Davis County, State of Utah, will be sold at public auction to the highest bidder, payable in lawful money of the United States at the time of sale, at the north front entrance steps of the Courts Building, 25 E. State Street, Farmington, Davis County, Utah, on March 14, 1991, at 8:10 ajn. for the purpose of foreclosing that certain Trust Deed With Assignment of Rents, recorded July 16, 1979, in the official records of Davis County, State of Utah, as Entry No. 538217, in Book 780, Page 163, executed by Steven S. Swallow and Glenda Hemsley, as Trustors, in which The Home Abstract and Title Company was named as the Trustee and Home Savings and Loan, was named as the original Beneficiary, but the beneficial interest therein having been acquired by Deseret Mutual Benefit Association, covering real property located at Davis County, Utah, (approximate (approx-imate property address: 1481 Stanford Street, Layton, UT 84041) and more particularly described on the attached Exhibit "A." All of Lot 25, Holt Subdivision, Subdivi-sion, a Subdivision of part of Section 18, Township 4 North, Range 1 West, Salt Lake Meridian, Meri-dian, in the City of Layton, according ac-cording to the official plat thereof DATED this 8th day of February, 1991.
