Show Municipal power figures show some contradictions The following are the figures presented by Carl Palmer to the Cedar City Council concerning a purchase cost and revenues of a municpal system. Also included are figures, some contradictory or in addition, given by UP&L and others over the past few weeks. First, Palmer's figures.
