Show NOTICE TO WATER USERS The following applications have been filed with the State Engineer to change water in Iron County throughout the entire year unless otherwise designated. Locations in SLB&M. a-11078 (73-486) D. and Ola O. Robinson, P.O. Box 475, Parowan, UT proposes to change the point of diversion, diver-sion, place and nature of use of 75.0 ac. ft. out of a total of 203.84 ac. ft. of water as evidenced by Water Users Claims 73-486, 73-487 and 73-488. 73-488. The water has been diverted from the following: 1) Braffits Creek, at a point S. 930 ft. W. 325 ft. from NE Cor Sec. 10; 2) an existing well, at a point N. 485 ft. E. 130 ft. from SW Cor. Sec. 11; " both T35S, R10W; and used from Mar. 15 to Oct. 31 for the irrigation of 50.96 acs. in NE'4SE'4 Sec. 34; Wtf-SW'i Sec. 35; both T34S, R10W; NEV4NWV4 Sec. 2; T35S, R10W. Hereafter, 75.0 ac. ft. of water is to be diverted from a spring, at a point N. 340 ft. E. 700 ft. from SV4 Cor. Sec. 26, T35S, R10W (SE of Enoch); and used for the part time domestic purposes of 300 families in SWVi, S'SE'A, Sec. 23, S'&SWVv Sec. 24; WNW'4, Em-W'4, Em-W'4, W2SW4 Sec. 25; E'2SW'4, EVfeNW4, SE4) NE'4 Sec. 26; all T35S, R10W. The remaining amount of water will be used same as heretofore. a-11155 (71-1174) Lehi M. and Elsa P. Wood, and Robert Whaley, P.O. Box 336, 1961 N. 2300 W., Cedar City, UT proposes to change the point of diversion, place and nature of use of 925.14 ac. ft of water as evidenced by Appl. Nos. 17167 (71-1178) and 17332 (71-1174 and 71-3159). 71-3159). The water has been diverted from two wells, 1) a 14-inch well, 200 ft. deep, at a point S. 30 ft. W. 1240 ft. from NE Cor. Sec. 23; 2) a 16-inch well, 208 ft. deep, at a point N. 1775 ft. W, 2305 ft, from SE Cor Sec. 14; both T33S, R16W; and used for stock-watering stock-watering 1200 cattle, 12 horses; and from Apr. 1 to Sept. 30 for the irrigation of 222.8 acs. in NEVi, EM-NWVi, Sec. 23, SEV4 Sec. 14; all T33S, R16W. Hereafter, 925.14 ac. ft. of water is to be diverted from two wells, 1) same as No. 1 heretofore; 2) an existing 14-inch 14-inch well, 300 ft. deep, at a point S. 30 ft. W. 2680 ft. from NE Cor. Sec. 23, T33S, R16W (near Zane) ; and used from Apr. 1 to Oct. 31 for the irrigation of 231.29 acs. in EV2NEV4 Sec. 22; NM, N'2S'2 Sec. 23; WV2NW4 Sec. 24; all T33S, R16W. Protests resisting the granting of these applications ap-plications with reasons therefore must be filed in duplicate with the State Engineer, 231 E. 400 S., SLC, UT 84111, on or before Apr. 26, 1980.
