Show Madden makes a.m. mayhem In an effort to bolster its early morning ratings, CBS has hired outspoken John Madden as sports commentator com-mentator for its "Wornina News" program. Madden, the former coach of the Oakland Raiders and a CBS football analyst, is the second loudmouthed sportscaster the network has tabbed for its revamped news show. OLYMPIC LOGOS ABC's 1984 Olympic crests are coming off the assembly line thanks to graphic designer Joe Caroff.
