Show MICROWAVE BASICS 1 0; Microwave Frozen Dinners Frozen prepared dinners are popular suppers for many on-the-go families. And with the added convenience of heating these frozen dinners in a microw ave oven, a hearty, hot meal can be ready in under 10 minutes.
