Show NOTICE OF ELECTION Pursuant to Utah Code Anno. 10-2 102 Notice is hereoy given Ihut there has been filed with the Uintah County Commission Commis-sion a petition to Incorporate Incor-porate a new city to be known as Naples. The proposed city has been designuted as a city of the third cluss. The territory proposed to be Incorporated is described as follows: TOWNSHIP 4 SOUTH. RANGE 21 EAST. Section Sec-tion 6: North The date of the election is set for April 20, 1982. The place of the election elec-tion will be the Naples Elementary School 1971 South 1500 East, Vernal, Utah. The polls will open at 7:00 a.m. and close at 8:00 p.m. The individuals running for mayor are J. Ross Merrell, Lawrene C. Kay, Orlo Goodrich and Phillip Manwaring. The individuals running for City Council are Carl Oldaker, Niles Mott, M. M. Hardy, Ron Walker, Donna Merrell, Gordon Kitchen, Bill Pitchford, John Allred, Ralph Dart, Mark Nash, George Cozart, Robert Kay, Dennis Den-nis Judd, Rolene Smith, Wesley Bowden, Lynn McCarrell, Glenn Fleener, Lamond Harrison, Har-rison, Shiela Lind and Dennis Mott.
