Woehrman-Kenney vows exchanged January 18 Barbara Woehrmann and Mike Kennedy exchanged wedding vows January 18 at the Ashley Maeser Third Ward Chapel. Bishop Linford Batty performed the double-ring ceremony before relatives and friends. The prayer was given by Dan Thacker and the "Hawaiian Wedding Song" was sung by Delia Slaugh and Thelma Thacker accompanied by Karel Dickson during the ceremony. Roosevelt.: - if: Out-of-town guests attended from Craig, Colorado and Salt Lake City. A reception was held at the Ashley Maeser Third Ward Cultural Hall following the wedding. The bride's elegant white bridal gown of sheer organza illusion net over acetate taffeta was decorated with delicate venice lace applique trim at the sweetheart neckline. The sheer sleeves of illusion net were decorated with lace appliques and seed pearls. A gathered ruffle trimmed with a lace band edged the hemline of the full skirt and chapel-length train. Her fingertip length, lace edged veil of illusion net was attached to an ap-pliqued ap-pliqued lace headpiece decorated with seed pearls. She carried a cascading bouquet of white roses with blue carnations, tied with peach colored lace ribbon. Matron of honor was Judy Hunsaker' and maid of honor was Robin Slaugh. They wore pale blue floor-length dresses. Bridesmaids were Brenda Dickson, Tammy Suddreth, Diane Adams and Linda Kenney. Flower girls were Kelley and Laci Woehrmann. The bridesmaids and flower girls wore peach colored floor-length dresses. All of the attendants carried a single peach rose tied with white satin streamers. Ring bearers were Dustin Woehrmann Woehr-mann and Clyde Eldredge. Both mothers wore matching peach and blue floral print, floor-length gowns made by Ellen Woehrmann, sister-in-law of the bride. The mothers and grandmothers corsages were peach roses and blue carnations. Bestman was Eddie Kenney, brother of the groom. Other attendants of the groom were Kenny Stewart and Flayne Massey. The groom, his attendants, ring bearers and fathers' of the couple wore three piece pale blue tuxedos. The attendants each had peach carnation boutonnieres. The groom had a white carnation with tiny blue rosebud boutonniere. Three blue satin pleated backdrops were accented with two large peach and blue rose bouquets on pedestals. The serving tables were covered with blue . and white lace tablecloths. Centerpieces Cen-terpieces were upside down brandy snifters with a miniature bride and groom inside and a small bouquet of blue and peach roses on top. Kenny and Sandy Woehrmann were greeters; Kathy Kenny, guest book; Carol Hatch, Pam Kenney, Colleen Pummell and Brenda Cook, gift room; Dustin Woehrmann and Clyde Eldredge, gift bearers; ancf Kelly Reynolds, Alece Bilby, Talina Hatch and Kathy Clark, serving. White icing covered the four tiered wedding cake which was decorated with peach roses and blue forget-me-nots. Decorative peach bells were between each layer and a miniature bride and groom were on top. Colleen Pummel hosted a personal shower and a pantry shower had been given by Sandy Woehrmann and Delia Slaugh. Following their wedding trip to Jackson Hole, Wyoming the couple are at home in Vernal. |
