I Above average snow accumulation ' ar January has improved the water ' upply outlook, according to snow 5 urveys taken February 1. -'On the Whiterocks River and Dry fork drainage at Mosby Mountain here is 44 inches of snow with 10.5 in-thes in-thes of water; this is 166 percent of iverage. This is an increase of 123 per- nt from last month. i. I At Paradise Park there is 49 inches of now with 12.5 inches of water; this is 51 percent of average. This is an in-rease in-rease of 84 percent from last month. At Trout Creek on Ashley Creek there ( 44 inches of snow with 9.5 inches of ater this is 144 percent of average. On the Brush reek Drainage at Irizzley Ridge there is 47 inches of how with 11.3 inches of water; this is 171 percent of average. The raingage catch from October 1 is 133 percent of average. At Kings Cabin Upper there is 50 inches in-ches of snow with 10.3 inches of water; this is 156 percent of average. On the north slope of the Uinta's at Spirit Lake there is 41 inches of snow with 10.0 inches of water; this is 143 percent per-cent of average. At Hickerson Park there is 33 inches of snow with 7.5 inches of water; this is 156 percent of average. At Burnt Creek there is also 28 inches of snow with 5.7 inches of water; this is 143 percent of average.
