The Uintah High School drama department will present the event in cooperation with the Utah Rural Arts Consorium, a touring program supported sup-ported by the Utah Arts Council and the National Endowment for the Arts. The Human Ensemble has chosen to produce "Thurber's Carnival," a recent re-cent Broadway hit animating the New Yorker cartoon characters of Thurber, beloved for his broad appeal and lively humor. A New York Times critic hailed the Broadway production as "bright, lively, live-ly, and fun". '"Thurber's Carnival' is a gem, a remarkable combination of gentle satire and true insight."
