TO ESCAPE ANNOYANCE, COUNTESS GOES ABROAD , NEW YORK. March 9. The Countess Festetics. granddaughter of Mrs. J. B. Haggln, sailed on I.a Provence yesterday for the south of France, where she will pass the remainder of the winter and the spring months. The Countess said that she was glad to leave New York for a time, because she has recently been caused considerable annoyance by being mistaken for another woman of a similar name who has recently been given notoriety noto-riety In the newspapers through police court proceedings.
