Ore and bullion settlements yesterday amounted to $146,000, according to Mc-Cornlck Mc-Cornlck A Co., divided as follows: Silver, Sil-ver, lead, gold and copper ores, $31,000; base bullion, $S5,000; gold bars, $30,000. Assays from the rock taken from the Gold Butte Mines company's properties, located on the Colorado river, give values of $152 in gold, the ore coming from the surface cropping. James L. Hackett, the Kentucky distiller, dis-tiller, and one of the big stockholders of the Ohio-Kentucky, has returned from a trip to the properties of the company at Ploche. |
