The Tribune 'a pri.c war essay contest con-test closed a.t midnight with an unexpectedly unex-pectedly lare,o numbers of entrant among the pupihs of the high schools. The number of contestants proved, an agreeable surprise to the judges, with whom rests t he decision and who will make announcement of the prize winners win-ners as quickly as the somewhat difficult diffi-cult task of silting the best from the collection of very good essays has been completed.
