Article 1( reads ns follows: Passenger trainmen on short turnaround turn-around runs, no single trip of which exceeds ex-ceeds eighty miles, including suburban and branch line service, shall be paid overtime for nil time ou duty or held for duty in excess ot' eight houra (corn-put (corn-put cd on each run from the time required re-quired to report for duty until released from duty and responsibility at tho end of that run) within ten consecutive hours, and tnso for all time in excess of ten consecutive hours computed continuously continu-ously from the time first required to report re-port until finally released at end of last run, and will le computed for each employee em-ployee on the basis of actua 1 overt i me I worked or held for duty. Time shall be ! counted as continuous service in all j cases where the interval of release from duty at any point does not exceed one hour. Other passenger trainmen shall be paid for overtime on a speed basis of not less thmi twenty miles per hour computed continuously from the time required re-quired to report for duty until released at tho end of last run. Overtime shall be computed on the basis of actual overtime, over-time, worked or held for duty. Overtime Provision. Overtime in all pasener service per hour shall not be less than one-eighth one-eighth of the daily rate. Article C reads as follows: Retrular assigned passenger trainmen who are ready for service the entire month and who do not lay off of their own accord shall receive a monthly guarantee as set forth in article A, as a minimum for tho calendar month, ex elusive cf overtime and extra service.
