Evans, president of the brokerage firm of Evans-Morris-Whitney company, just returned from Casper, Wyo., where he and Fred Dern of the Dern & Thomas company have been investigating the possibilities pos-sibilities of "Wyoming oil fields. Mr. Evans Is enthusiastic over the future fu-ture of Casper and the oil industry.
