Show MORE CANDIDATES ENIEBJIE FIELD A. E. Weatherby and John W. Reeve Make Announcements Announce-ments at Ogden. Special to The Tribune. OGDRN, Sept. 22. The municipal campaign for the November election was enlivened today by the addition of two more candidates, a total of eight having now announced themselves. A. E. Weatherby, a candidate in the municipal muni-cipal campaign four years ago, has announced an-nounced that ho wlJl enter the race for city commissioner, four-year term, against Commissioner Chris Flygaro and Job Pingroo, Jr. John V. Hoove, insurance, in-surance, agdnt and public accountant, has entered tho race for city auditor against Arthur F. Larson, incumbent. The entrance of Mr. Weatherby into tho race for commissioner is regarded as one of the important developments of the campaign because of a seeming dearth of candidates for the four-year position on the bonrd. In his announcement announce-ment of candidacy Mr. Weatherby declares de-clares for a policy in municipal affairs similar to that of a private .business corporation honesty, economy, publicity public-ity and carefulness' in making contracts arid living up to them. Citv Auditor Larson and Mr. Keeve are the only two avowed candidates up to the present timo for the position now held by Mr. Larson. Mr. Eeeve is manager for the Scove Agency company com-pany and was a candidate two years ago for nomination for county recorder. |
