Annis, superintendent of the newly organized or-ganized Rock Springs Kuol company of Conroy, has discovered that the Conroy mine, which he recently leased from the Wyopa Coal company, is in a badly rundown run-down condition, and that it will be necessary nec-essary for a large number of the seventy men who are now employed on the holdings hold-ings to do reconstruction work in the mine for a few weeks before the actual operation of producing coal estensivelv can be undertaken.
