Show NOTICE OF RECEIVER'S SALE. Notice is hereby given that the undersigned, under-signed, receiver of West company, a corporation, cor-poration, will receive sealed bids for the purchase of all of the assets of the said West company any time up to 4 o'clock in the afternoon cf January 10, 1917 The property to be sold consists of a general stock of plumbing and' heating supplies, fixtures and other personal property prop-erty used in and about the West plumbing plumb-ing supply business, conducted at No 170 West Second South street, Salt Lake City, Utah. The merchandise and fixtures should be of a rea&onable cash value of at least $40,000 and prices for most of the goods are now advancing. There will also be offered for sale the book accounts of the West company, aggregating a book value of over 560,000. Bids will be received for the entire stock, furniture and fixtures and book accounts as a whole, or separate bids will be received, re-ceived, if bidders so desire. Each bid must be accompanied by a certified check for 10 per cent of the price bid. The stock and fixtures and a list of the book accounts may be examined at any time between 9 a. m. and 5 p. m. at No. 170 West Second South street, Salt Lake City, Utah.
