THE Salt Lake baseball club will return to thnir borne lot today. There will he two games today, the first at 11 o'clock in the forenoon, and the second at 3 o'clock in the afternoon. The opposing club this week will be I.os Angeles. The Angels come from Portland, where they have just passed a rain-soaked week. Of the eight games proposed fur last week's festivities in Portland, only two were played, the v other six being called oft on account of lain or wot grounds. Next week San Francisco will play in Sait Lake, and the following week Portland will be here. The Beavers will remain over for two games on Pioneer day, Monday, July L'4. On the road trip, which euded with the Yernou series Sunday, the Saints won twelve and lost fifteen games. Los Angeles won five of seven, Oakland won three of seven, Portland won thvee of si.v, and Vernon won four of seven.
