Show EOWIS APPORTIONS SM SCHOLARSHIPS Appointments for Cities and Districts Made According to Population. Apportionment of University of Utah scholarship appointments, 101 to the secondary and forty-four to the college department, have been made by the state superintendent of public instruction instruc-tion among the cities and school districts dis-tricts of the state. The apportionment is according to school population, as required by law. Salt Lake drew nine first, six second, two third, one fourth year and six college col-lege scholarships. Ogden, Provo, Logan and Murray all got one scholarship for each year in the secondary department and one each in the college department, except that Oden got two scholarships for the first year in tho secondary de-parement. de-parement.
