Show THIRTY THOUSAND EASTERN GUARDSMEN N EARING BORDER NEW YORK, July 3. Approximately 30,ti00 national guardsmen of the department depart-ment of the east either will be on the Mexican border or on the way there on Independence day, it was announced tonight to-night at Governor's island, divisional headquarters.
