Lady Panchita won the feature event at the Fairgrounds Fair-grounds half-mile track this afternoon. Hal, an added starter, "came back" today to-day at 5 to 1, and brought . home the money in the third race by defeating Cabin and Lady Elizabeth. The winner was heavily backed In the betting.
