Show ORDERED TO PAY ALIMONY. Steele Family Involved In Tangled Divorce Di-vorce Proceedings. Special to The Tribune. OGDEN", May 13. Pending the trial of a divorce ' action brought bv Agnes E. Steele against William Steele, Steele was ordered by District Judge J. A. Howell this morning to pay his wife $6.25 temporary tem-porary alimony each week. Mrs. Steele testified that she. had. lived with her husband hus-band only a day or two, as she returned to her mother two days after .their marriage, mar-riage, June 21, 1909. Steele. In an order to show cause why he should not pay his wife temporary alimony, filed an affidavit af-fidavit several days ago declaring that he is finnncllly .unable to do so, and furthermore fur-thermore that there is a divorce action now pending in the Idaho courts in which he is the plaintiff. Mrs. Steele testified' today that the first action was brought by her husband at her own solicitation. There Is one child, as a result of the marriage. mar-riage. The case'wlll be disposed of at the June term of court |
