Professor Coop agreed to pay lils wife $100 monthly alimony, the first payment to be on May 15. and S1C0 attorney fens. Mrs. Coon is seeking 5200 monthly alimony and $250 attorney fees In her complaint. This agreement being satisfactory to Mrs. Coop and her attorneys attor-neys t.ho cose was ordered postponed. I he reason for the continuance Is said to ne on account of n. previous engagement engage-ment of one of the attorneys in the case necessitating hls absence from the city Monday. Mrs. Coop Is now living at the Sem-loh Sem-loh hotel in Salt liike. |
