With extreme. ex-treme. secrecy both the prosecution and the defense are proparing iov qie trials of John J. McNamara, secretary of the International Association of Bridge and Structural Jron Workers, and his brother, James B. McNamara. charged with a series of murders by the use of dynamite. The prosecution considers that it made a great gain in partly substantiating substan-tiating the alleged confession of Ortie McManigal by the location of a photograph pho-tograph of him which ho said was taken whilo he was hero in December, prior to the explosion at tho Llewellyn iron works. . The photograph showed him m tho shade of a great palm tree in front of the San Gabriel mission, and, according accord-ing to the records of the photographer who took it, he was there December 23, 3910, two days before the explosion. explo-sion.
