Be as much ns possible In the open air, and especially In the sunshine, and take plenty of exercise, taking care to breathe deeply and regularly. Sleop in a very dark room with a window win-dow open, and do not sleep less than 1 six or more than seven and a half hours. Have one complete day's rest each week without even reading or writing. Bo temperate In the use of alcohol and also In the use of tea or coffee. Avoid places that are overheated, especially es-pecially by steam, and badly ventilated. |
