Show GALL IS ISSUES BYJKIS County Convention to Be Held at Colonial Theater on September 24. OVER SEVEN HUNDRED DELEGATES TO ATTEND Primaries Are to Re Held on the Evening of September Sep-tember 21. Chairman David C. Dunbar and Sccrc-tarT Sccrc-tarT Frank E. Christonsen, of tho American Amer-ican party county committee, drafted a call Tuesday for the big convention which will meet in the Colonial theator, Soptombnr 24 at 10 o'clock a. m., for tho nomination of county officers and members of tho sonato and house. There will bo approximately 755 delegates in the convention, which, as usual, will bo a Iivolj one, with tho important end in view of securing the best available men for the various offices. Primaries will be hold on tho morning of September 21. Candidates will bo presented pre-sented for the following offices: Commissioner, Com-missioner, for the term of four vcars commissioner, for tho term of two years clerk, sheriff, treasurer, attorney, record re-cord or. assessor, auditor, surveyor, three state senators and ten state representatives. representa-tives. The convention will also name :i county committee of sixteen members to be made up as follows Two member from each municipal ward of Salt Luke City and six members from the county districts outside of Salt Lake City. It will transact such other business as the law directs and as the parly organlza- The precinct conventions will place in nomination candidates for the offices of jusllco of the peace and constable. The perfecting of the district organizations organiza-tions and the election of delegates, as herein provided, will constitute the business busi-ness of the district primaries. The delegates chosen for the county convention will represent their respective Itstrlcts In the precinct conventions. The basis of representation In the county coun-ty convention shall be ono delegate for each eighteen votes, or major fraction thereof, cast for the Honorable 12. B.
