Notice Is licreby given that a special meeting Is called of the stockholders of the Continental Milling and Power Co. for the purpose of amending article five of the, articles of Incorporation of said company, com-pany, which amendment provides for Increasing In-creasing the capital stock of said company from 5250,000 to 51,000,000 and changing tho par value of said company's stock from 25 cents to 51.00 por share. -Said meeting will bo held at room 229.
