Show NOTICE. Notice Is hereby given that a meeting of all members of the Salt Lake City lodge No. 259. Loyal Order of Moose of the World, a corporation existing under the laws of the state of Utah, will be held on Wednesday evening, September 14. 1910. at the hour of 8 o'clock p. m. of said day at the regular meeting place of the association, to wit No. 21 West First South street. Salt Lake City. Utah, for tho purposo of considering the following fol-lowing amendment to tho articles of Incorporation: In-corporation: That the first paragraph of section No. three (3) bo amended to read as followa: Third. The officers of this corporation shall bo a board of governors, consisting consist-ing of nine members, who shall be tho Junior or sitting past dictator, the dictator dic-tator and tho three trustees of Salt Lako City lodge No. 259. Loyal Order of Moose, and such officers shall be elected In the manner provided In the constitution and by-laws of the Loyal Order of Mooso of the World; and tho above named officers, to wit: The junior or sitting past dictator, dic-tator, the dictator and the three trustees trus-tees shall bo empowered to scloct from the members of tho corporation four (4) additional members of the board of governors gov-ernors to hold their offico until tho next annual election of officers of the corporation, cor-poration, or until their successors nro appointed. Tho persons named to hold-the hold-the positions licrclnbeforo set forth under un-der tho provisions and In the manner provided Tor In the constitution and bylaws by-laws of tho Loyal Order of Moose of the World, shall be tho board of governors for this corporation. The board of governors gov-ernors shall meet Immediately after having hav-ing proporly qualified and select from among their number a chairman, secretary, secre-tary, 'ind treasurer and an executive committee of three, and such officers shall givo bond in such sum as may bo doomed necessary by the board of governors, gov-ernors, subject to the approval of tho mcmbors of the corporation.
