Show THIEF STEALS HAIR OF A SLEEPING WOMAN JERSEYVILLE. 111., Aug. 30 When Mrs. Letha Derby of this city awoke nt dnyllght yesterday she was amazed to find that more than half of her hair had been cut off and carried away durinc the night. So deftly was the work done and so careful was the hand that wielded tho razor or shenrs not to touch that part of her hair on which she was sleeping, that Mrs. Derby was not awakened. Her four children, whose ages range from 2 to H years, were sleeping in the room with her, and nono of them heard a sound. Mrs. Derby's hair, which was very black, with a few strands of gray, was unusually heavy and reached below her waist . w |
