Show GOOD HORSES FOR SEVIER: A SAMPLE SM00T BEAT Special to The Tribune. MONHOE, Aug. 30. City Councilman Council-man 0. P. Washburn is back from IIoplc', la., with a string of pure bred horses nine in all. He has one black Pcrcheron stallion, two years old, that ho is placing in Monroe, and two two-year-old Percheron mares. He has already disposed of the ono Percheron mare. Ho has also placed two Suffolk stallions brought with tho lot, one at Gunnison nnd one at Junction, Piute county. Mr. Washburn hns gone into tho horse business quite extensively lately, and ccrtaiiil' has a fine lot oi his farm. Dr. G. B. Loring is in Salt Lake City a few days. lie went up with a patient for treatment at one of tho hospitals. The local correspondent for the Herald-Kepublican is a bit slow, hut we believe she is as up-to-date as the paper sho represents. In last Saturday's issue is-sue of the Herald-Republican an itom was printed from Monroe stating that Druggist II. S. Bell had installed a new soda fountain. So ho has, but it was dono before tho -1th of July, and duly recorded by The Tribune correspondent at that time. Of course it's oh, what's tho use? |
