ThoJ district court of the first Judicial district has I boen in session here for a number of days I and three cases have been heard, two I of which were taken under advisement, j The case of Three Mile Creek Land "and I Livestock company vs. Thomas C. Young. contesting certain wntors In what Is I known ns "the basin, lying east of Perry, was taken under advisement after tho 1 court had viewed tho premises. In tho case of Toltec Ranch company vs. F. N. Handy et al., judgment was rendered In favor of plaintiff as to section 19, township town-ship 10 north, range 1 west, and section 4, township 11 north, range 3 west. Tho Judgment quiets the title of the Toltec Ranch company. The case of William Jensen vs. Box Elder Academy of Music and Dancing was taken under advisement. advise-ment. The court will remain In session a few more days. A report comes from Corinnc to tho effect ef-fect that V. F. Davis, a prominent rosi-dent rosi-dent of Perry, was arrested at tho grounds of the Bear Rlvor Duck club at the Bear River bay recently, for killing ; over the limit of ducks In ono day. Ho i was taken up before Justice E. R. Had-ley Had-ley of Corlnne, where ho pleaded guilty and was fined $10. |
