Show Business Notes. O. F. Peterson has purchased from the Amanda M. Pclrcc estate 10x10 rods of ground at the southwest corner of Fifth South and Ninth East streets. He will build several modern houses on the property. That there is a steady demand for outside, as well as inside property In the city, with a corresponding steady Increase In values, Is nicely illustrate by two characteristic deals which were closed yesterday by a Salt Lake rr.nl estate man. One of these was the sale of a lot on Eleventh East, between Eleventh and Twelfth South, for 5.165, which was bought two months ago for $100. The other was the sale of two lots In the southeastern part of Ihe city. These lots were sold last spring for S200. The seller bought them back again a few months later for $250 and yesterday sold them for $350. The r-tsr-chases were altogether voluntary In both cases, no effort having been made to push the sale of the property. Frank W. Miller, an Anaconda business busi-ness man, Is building a six-room modern mod-ern pressed brick house at Fourth East and Tenth South streets. He expects to remove to the city next month tu occupy It. W. K. Hubbard returned yesterday from a month's business visit to Butte and Anaconda. lie reports a steady, growing demand for Salt Lake real estate In the Montana mining camps. The coming year, he says, will witness the removal to the city of an unusually large number of capitalists, mining men nnd business men from the northern north-ern towns and cities. Articles of incorporation of the Salt Lake and Jordnn Mill and Elevator company have been filed with tho County Clerk.
