Notice Is hereby given that at a meeting meet-ing of the board of directors of the Old Evergreen Mining and Tunnel company, a corporation, held at the office of tho company, at Salt Lako City, Utah, Monday, Mon-day, the 24th day of, October, 190;, an assessment of 3 cents por share was levied upon tho capital stock of the corporation, payable Immediately to H. G. McMillan, secretary and treasurer of tho company, at his office. No. 101 South Main street. Salt Lako City, Utah. Any stock upon which said assessment may bo unpaid on the 34th day of November, 1904, will bo delinquent and advertised for sale at public pub-lic auction, and unless payment Is made before will be sold at ray office on tho 24th day of December. 1904. at 12 o'clock noon, to pay delinquent assessment, together to-gether with the cost of advertising and expense of sale.
