ABC plans to extend "Nightline" to 30 minutes in January and add a broadcast on Friday nights sometime in April. The news program currently airs Monday through Thursday. "Night-line" "Night-line" will air at 11:30 p.m. on Fridays, followed at midnight mid-night by the comedy show "Fridays." Q.
