Show Former Residents Buy Local Health Centers Effective Jan. 23, Wasatch Medical Management Services, Ser-vices, Inc., a locally based convalescent hospital management manage-ment company, was acquired by Care Enterprises of Fuller, ton. Calif. JOINING THE Care organi-zation organi-zation are Wasatch's five skilled skil-led and intermediate nursing care facilities located in Salt Lake City, Bountiful, Clearfield Clear-field and Ogden. Prior to the merger. Care Enterprises operated 28 convalescent con-valescent hospitals throughout the state of California. THE OWNERS of Care Enterprises, En-terprises, brothers Ted D. Nelson, Nel-son, Dee R. Bangerter and Lee R. Bangerter are all former Utahns, residing first in Bountiful Boun-tiful and then all later graduating graduat-ing from BYU. According to Lee R. Bangerter, Ban-gerter, president of the corporation, corpor-ation, "Care has worked very hard to develop and maintain a reputation for high quality rehabilitative re-habilitative services for our patients. pa-tients.
