He commended Mr Stephens on his excellent work during the time he has served. Especially outstanding outstand-ing has been his work on the city master plan. MAYOR GRANT H. Secrist added his thanks and commendation com-mendation on beha f of himself him-self and the council. He said that the master plan w ,1 long stand as a memorial to Mr. Stephens and his work He had always been willing to go the extra mile in his endeavors en-deavors to create a plan which would assist in the orderly or-derly growth of the city now and in the future. Mayor Secrist presented Mr. Stephens with a specially designed plaque featuring a flag of the state of Utah and in the shape of the state. AMONG THE guests present were Mayor and Mrs. Grant H. Secrist, Councilman Max Hall, Councilman Wendell Wen-dell Wild, Councilwoman Harriet Stephens, Councilman Council-man and Mrs. Gary Edmonds, Ed-monds, Sam Allman, Mr. and Mrs. Dan Mitchell, Mr. and Mrs. Streeper Wood, Mr. and Mrs. Paul Buys, Police Chief Jack Hanham and Mrs. Judy Hanham, Policeman Wayne Jeppson and Attorney Keith Stahle. Assisting with serving were clerks Beverly Hill and Beverly Has I am. |
