Show Hunting Accident Causes Death 0! Milton Robinson, Services Conducted in Paragonah !" 1 Li! vJ MILTON ROBINSON A former Paragonah resident, 18 year old Milton Robinson of Salt Lake City, was killed in a gun accident early Saturday morning while hunting rabbits west ot Salt Lake Municipal airport. air-port. The victim, who was the son of Mrs. Mabel Robinson, was hunting with his brother, Antone a cousin, Charles Murie, and Vergene Ver-gene Jones. With the aid of a car spotlight they were running down a rabbit when a .22 calibre cali-bre pistol discharged and the bullett entered Milton's chest. The other three loaded the injured injur-ed youth into the car and drove to the LDS hospital where death came in a matter of minutes. Funeral services were conducted con-ducted Monday in the Paragonah Ward chapei under direction of the Ward Bisnopric. Bishop Boyd Robinson conducted the services which commenced with the choir singing "I Need Thee Every Hour", directed by D. A. Stones. Myron Abbott offered the invocation. invoca-tion. Speakers were Norman Harris Har-ris and Bishop Ralph Bradley of the Salt Lake City 27th Ward. A trio arrangement of "I Walked Walk-ed Today Where Jesus Walked," was sung by Mrs. Anna Ganung, Mrs. Leta Evans, Mrs. Nona Harris, Har-ris, Mrs. Rosemary Talbot and Mrs. Hilma Lamoreaux. The closing clos-ing song by the choir was "I Stand All Amazed at the Love Jesus Offered Me.", Clark Lamoreaux Lam-oreaux pronounced the benediction. benedic-tion. Mrs. 'Melva Barton accompanied accompan-ied the musical numbers and played the prelude and postlude music. The prayer at the home was by Antone Robinson and the dedicatory prayer at the ceme, tery was by James H. Anderson. Milton Thomas Robinson was born in Cedar City, Oct. 20, 1944 to Byron A. and Mabel Robb Robinson. Ro-binson. The father died in December De-cember of the same year. The family moved to Salt Lftke City a number of years ago. Milton graduated from West High School two weeks ago and was a Priest in the 27th Ward. He is survived by his mother, brothers and sisters, Antone and Jayne, Salt Lake City; Garth J. in the Navy, stationed at San Diego, Calif.; Mrs. Gerald (Audrey) (Au-drey) Brunner, Hrigham City; grandparents. Mr. and Mrs. Thomas A. Robinson, Paragonah, and Milton W. Robb, Salt Lake City. All were in Paragonah for the services. Among the other out of town relatives who were here for the services were Mrs. Antone Robinson, Robin-son, Mr. and Mrs. Milton Robb, Mrs. Kathrine Smith, Mr. and I Mrs. Charles Robb and daughter, i Charles and Douglas Murie, Lee Robb, Myles Robb, Mr. and Mrs. H.. N. Harris and sons Lee and Emmett, Mrs. Rosemary Talbot, all of Salt Lake City; Mrs. Anna Gnung. Oneonta, New York; Mrs. Garth Robinson, San Diego, and i Jerry Brunner of Brigham City. Miss Diane Baker of Salt Lake City, who has lived with the Robinson Ro-binson family for several years, was here. |
