A special meeting of tho stockholders ol the Red Metal Mining company, a corporation cor-poration of Utah, has been called and will bo held at the office, of the company, lo wit, the office of C. L, Rood. Mackintosh Mackin-tosh building, corner Second South and West Temple streets. Salt Lake City, Utah, on Thursday, February 24. 1910. at 12 o'clock noon, to consider and vote on the proposition of amending the articles ar-ticles of Incorporation by decreasing the par value of nil the authorized capital stock to 10 cents per share- and amending article VII of said artlolcs of Incorporation Incorpora-tion so that same, as amended, will read as follows: '.'ARTICLE VII. "The capitalization of this company shall be and is fixed at $100,000. and the amount of each share of stock at the par or face value shall be and Is fixed at 10 cenlE, and tnc limit of capital stock shall be and Is fixed at 1.000,000 shares of the denomination and par value of 10 cents each."
