OCR Text 2 ALIBI WITNESSES TESTIFY FOR DYER I t " 1 I LOS ANGELES, Aug. 19 ( Tea-1 timony tending to etablih an alibi for Albert Dyer, accused slayer of three small Ingle wood girls, was in the record today at his trial on mur-: der charges. j Two witnesses. William H. Henry' and John Kouard, declared they saw the three children, Jeanette Stephens Ste-phens and Melba and Marie Everett, Ever-ett, leave Centinela park in Ingle-wood Ingle-wood with a man in an old stripped automobile with a box in the rear. The driver, they both stated era-, phatlcally, was not Dyer. ' I The prosecution has contended , that Dyer lured the children from the park, walking with them Into the Baldwin hilU, where he killed and ravished them.
