UTAHNS PROTEST U. S. UNIT SHIFT Protests against a reported plan to move the U. S. division of g rasing ras-ing purchasing departmnet from Salt Lake City were sent members of Utah's congressional delegation Thursday. Telegrams were sent by the chamber cham-ber of commerce. Gus P. Back man, chamber of commerce secretary, said the purchasing pur-chasing department buying for the division In 11 western states, spends J400.000 a year and has a payroll of 1130,000 annually.
